Even though I provided my pickup and drop off addresses for the estimate, they did not factor their TWO HOURS OF travel into the quote.Anytime charges full hourly rate for travel (which is fine) but this should have been mentioned in the quote. The final bill ended up being over twice the estimate and 2/3 of it was travel. The agent also claimed they had experienced movers who know how to move marble, but they tried to lay the piece flat and would have broken it if the sender hadn’t been onsite to intervene. Stressful experience all around.
