Tam and Sam were on time, communicated throughout the process and worked very hard to make our move as smooth as possible. The positive reviews are well deserved!
We contacted them to move an upright piano up one single set of stairs. When the movers came, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Only one guy seemed to have a sense of what to do. The others were small men and were not able to lift heavy things. They also didn't have the equipment to lift to properly and we were very aware that they might really hurt themselves moving a heavy upright piano. The company quoted low and in the end we're more expensive than the other companies. They damaged the walls and multiple places and also the 1892 upright antique piano... It was ridiculous!

arrived 30 min late, worked extra slow to increase the bill, didnt speak english. They made a big fuss to my building manager about needing to borrow their door stops. why would a moving company not have door stops? Moved from a single bedroom to another single bedroom with a 15 min drive to the new place. took them 7 HOURS. I've hired movers in the past and it took them little under half the time for the same amount of stuff. don't bother.

PLS READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!!Anytime movers and I had an email exchange clearly laying out the terms and conditions/agreement of our move including that they would charge us 1 hour travel for all travel time going from Richmond to Chilliwack and back. They refused to honour what they had quoted us and they FORCED us to pay for the full travel time even though we have it in writing. They told us we had to pay the full amount before the move was over and when we refused they LOCKED THE TRUCK! They threatened not to give us our contents unless we paid them the full amount of what they said we owed them even though it was incorrect and the move hadn't been completed.They said this was their terms and conditions that the move had to be paid in full before the move was done. I was never informed of these terms in conditions nor did I ever agree to them.They also BROKE many of our items. Wall Art, Glassware Furniture, Plant Pots and the Glass top for our dresser went missing. A manager has been promising to call us back to reimburse us. We have called many times and no one has called back or sent us any reimbursement and they have stopped answering our calls and emails.The movers didn't want to stop moving and hold or contents on the truck but Anytime Movers who hired them threatened not to pay them if they didn't hold our contents until we paid what they were asking for.They also stated clearly in the email that they are fully insured and would take care of any damages that occurred during the move and that hasn't happened. They also damaged our new flooring and dinged our freshly painted walls and put a hole in the wall of the place we were moving out from.They told us they came fully equipped with a 5 ton truck and shoe covers, floor runners etc. They came with a 3 ton truck, and no shoe covers or floor runners. They did eventually send a another truck a couple hours later but charged us another $200 for the extra driver.We have moved multiple times and this was by far the worst moving company that we have ever dealt with. I don't like giving people bad reviews but I felt I should to WARN anyone who was thinking about hiring them to save them for going through what we went through.

UNCLEAR QUOTING + SURPRISE FEESAnytime quoted me an hour to move a piece of furniture. Even though I provided my pickup and drop off addresses for the estimate, they did not factor their TWO HOURS OF travel into the quote.Anytime charges full hourly rate for travel (which is fine) but this should have been mentioned in the quote. The final bill ended up being over twice the estimate and 2/3 of it was travel. The agent also claimed they had experienced movers who know how to move marble, but they tried to lay the piece flat and would have broken it if the sender hadn’t been onsite to intervene. Stressful experience all around.

I recently used Anytime Moving for my move. I am not satisfied with their service because they brought only one dolly to move my heavy items, which increased the moving time. The process was not professional at all. The team was not punctual. My equipment was damaged and my new drawer was damaged and they did not compensate for the damage. I would not recommend Anytime Moving to anyone. They don't really take any responsibility for your belongings

My recent move was a complete nightmare thanks to Anytime Moving Services, whom I hired. First of all, I felt abandoned and irritated by their terrible customer service, which included being impolite and dismissive to my questions. The movers arrived late on the day of the move without warning, which resulted in needless delays and annoyance. Furthermore, they handled my goods carelessly, breaking several of them beyond repair. They tried to charge me more money for things that were ostensibly covered in the original price, which just made matters worse. All in all, I had a terrible experience with Anytime Moving Services.

Tam and Sam were on time, communicated throughout the process and worked very hard to make our move as smooth as possible. The positive reviews are well deserved!
We contacted them to move an upright piano up one single set of stairs. When the movers came, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Only one guy seemed to have a sense of what to do. The others were small men and were not able to lift heavy things. They also didn't have the equipment to lift to properly and we were very aware that they might really hurt themselves moving a heavy upright piano. The company quoted low and in the end we're more expensive than the other companies. They damaged the walls and multiple places and also the 1892 upright antique piano... It was ridiculous!

arrived 30 min late, worked extra slow to increase the bill, didnt speak english. They made a big fuss to my building manager about needing to borrow their door stops. why would a moving company not have door stops? Moved from a single bedroom to another single bedroom with a 15 min drive to the new place. took them 7 HOURS. I've hired movers in the past and it took them little under half the time for the same amount of stuff. don't bother.

PLS READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!!Anytime movers and I had an email exchange clearly laying out the terms and conditions/agreement of our move including that they would charge us 1 hour travel for all travel time going from Richmond to Chilliwack and back. They refused to honour what they had quoted us and they FORCED us to pay for the full travel time even though we have it in writing. They told us we had to pay the full amount before the move was over and when we refused they LOCKED THE TRUCK! They threatened not to give us our contents unless we paid them the full amount of what they said we owed them even though it was incorrect and the move hadn't been completed.They said this was their terms and conditions that the move had to be paid in full before the move was done. I was never informed of these terms in conditions nor did I ever agree to them.They also BROKE many of our items. Wall Art, Glassware Furniture, Plant Pots and the Glass top for our dresser went missing. A manager has been promising to call us back to reimburse us. We have called many times and no one has called back or sent us any reimbursement and they have stopped answering our calls and emails.The movers didn't want to stop moving and hold or contents on the truck but Anytime Movers who hired them threatened not to pay them if they didn't hold our contents until we paid what they were asking for.They also stated clearly in the email that they are fully insured and would take care of any damages that occurred during the move and that hasn't happened. They also damaged our new flooring and dinged our freshly painted walls and put a hole in the wall of the place we were moving out from.They told us they came fully equipped with a 5 ton truck and shoe covers, floor runners etc. They came with a 3 ton truck, and no shoe covers or floor runners. They did eventually send a another truck a couple hours later but charged us another $200 for the extra driver.We have moved multiple times and this was by far the worst moving company that we have ever dealt with. I don't like giving people bad reviews but I felt I should to WARN anyone who was thinking about hiring them to save them for going through what we went through.

UNCLEAR QUOTING + SURPRISE FEESAnytime quoted me an hour to move a piece of furniture. Even though I provided my pickup and drop off addresses for the estimate, they did not factor their TWO HOURS OF travel into the quote.Anytime charges full hourly rate for travel (which is fine) but this should have been mentioned in the quote. The final bill ended up being over twice the estimate and 2/3 of it was travel. The agent also claimed they had experienced movers who know how to move marble, but they tried to lay the piece flat and would have broken it if the sender hadn’t been onsite to intervene. Stressful experience all around.

I recently used Anytime Moving for my move. I am not satisfied with their service because they brought only one dolly to move my heavy items, which increased the moving time. The process was not professional at all. The team was not punctual. My equipment was damaged and my new drawer was damaged and they did not compensate for the damage. I would not recommend Anytime Moving to anyone. They don't really take any responsibility for your belongings

My recent move was a complete nightmare thanks to Anytime Moving Services, whom I hired. First of all, I felt abandoned and irritated by their terrible customer service, which included being impolite and dismissive to my questions. The movers arrived late on the day of the move without warning, which resulted in needless delays and annoyance. Furthermore, they handled my goods carelessly, breaking several of them beyond repair. They tried to charge me more money for things that were ostensibly covered in the original price, which just made matters worse. All in all, I had a terrible experience with Anytime Moving Services.
